Mid summer in Viterbo, our family vegetable patch and backyard olive grove in the hills above the town. This is our first grove, the basis of our small family olive oil business, and also our family’s own supply of fresh vegetables and olive oil. It’s the same oil we sell to you.

Sustainability is important to us, as is our commitment to organic produce, traditional farming, and small local business. We use no pesticides in our groves, and no preservatives or additives at the local mill where our oil is cold pressed at the end of every harvest day. Our oil is certified 100% biological and only available on our website.
