Her oil is a particularly smooth and oily rich blend, and a lovely compliment to the more rustic and fruity taste of our own oil. We’re committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products, and our groves and oil are certified biological and biodynamic by Agribio Dinamica, one of Italys national certifiers of excellence.
