A first cold press of our pure biological and biodynamic extravirgin Canino oilve oil at our local mill, decanted without water or additives, and not mixed with any other oils from any other sources straight from the trees in our grove to the bottles that we pour by hand and label ourselves.

We’re a small family business on the outskirts of Viterbo in Italy, committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products. This is the oil that we make for ourselves and is on our table. We sell only to a few select customers, local restaurants, to family and friends, and exclusively on our website.
