Olevo is a smooth and rich organic biological and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil grown in the mineral rich groves of a family farm in Viterbo, Italy. We produce a small amount of oil each year which we use ourselves, gift to family and friends, and sell to a few select restaurants, and on our website.

We are committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products, and tend the groves ourselves without pesticides or chemicals. At harvest, we hand pick and sort the olives with the help of local workers, and cold press the oil without additives or preservatives at the local mill at the end of every day to preserve the quality and freshness of the oil. We bottle and label it ourselves too!
