Our first, small olive grove in Viterbo behind our house, the origin of our small family business which produces a small and exclusive amount of pure Canino organic biological and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil. It’s the oil that’s on our table and in our kitchen and which we sell to a select number of customers and restaurants and on our website, .
We tend to the trees ourselves, use no pesticides or chemicals, hand pick and sort the olives ourselves with the help of friends and local workers, and have the oil cold-pressed at the local mill without any water or additives or preservatives at the end of every harvest day. We even bottle and label the oil ourselves, too.
