Olevo’s pure biological extra virgin oil is an excellent full-flavored cooking oil, either frying or deep simmering, and perfect as a garnish or dressing on salads, vegetables, breads, and entrees.

Our oil has a smooth and moderately fruity taste, with some grassy notes and a slight pungency at the front of the palate and a well-balanced taste of bitter and spicy notes, very low in acidity, and with high levels of polyphenols and vitamin E.
