New olive saplings in our second grove in Viterbo, Italy, seeded with herbs and flowers to promote biodiversity and enrich the soil with natrium. Our olive oil is 100% biological and biodynamic, and we don’t use any chemicals or pesticides in our groves or additives in our oil, so natrium from the herbs and flowers mulched into the soil is an important natural element for healthy and robust olive trees. The insects and bees that are busy cross-pollinating the flowers is important for creating a rich and virtuous cycle of biodiversity that keeps the whole ecosystem balanced and healthy.

The result is our unique and excellent extravirgin olive oil.
