Olevo has two small olive groves in the mineral rich volcanic soil on the outskirts of Viterbo in Italy. We are committed organic farmers, a small family business, and our pure extra virgin olive oil is certified biological and biodynamic by Italy’s official certifiers.

Our groves are cultivated organically. We use no pesticides or chemicals at any stage of the process, keep our groves in long grass seeded with flowers and herbs to encourage biodiversity, and hand pick and cold press our oil at the local mill, which uses no additives, preservatives, or detergents.
