Olevo is a small family farm with two olive groves in Viterbo, Italy. We produce a small amount of biological and biodynamic olive oil each year for our own use, for family and friends, and for sale on our website.

These are our new saplings, cultivated organically, without any pesticides or chemicals, and kept in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers encouraging biodiversity. We like flowers. We have rabbits, too.
