Olevo is a traditional Italian family farm, committed to biodiversity, and dedicated to quality. We produce a small amount of pure biological and biodynamic extravirgin Canino olive oil every year in our groves in Viterbo, Italy.

The groves are cultivated organically, without any pesticides or chemicals, and the olives are picked and sorted by hand and cold-pressed the same day at the local mill then bottled immediately, ensuring the quality and freshness of the oil.

We use the oil ourselves, and sell an exclusive amount to family friends and private customers, at local markets, and on our website.
