Olevo is pure biodynamic and biological extra virgin olive oil, 100% organic, and grown exclusively from Canino olives in two small groves in the mineral rich volcanic soil of Viterbo, Italy.

The groves are tended and cultivated without pesticides or chemicals, and kept in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers. Our small family business produces a small amount of olive oil each year, usually sold to local markets, private customers, and family members.
