Olevo is a smooth, rich, slightly fruity extravirgin olive oil grown exclusively from Canino olives. The oil is 100% biological certified, cultivated organically in fields seeded with herbs and flowers, and cold-pressed without preservatives or chemicals at the local mill.

Our groves are in the mineral rich volcanic soil in the hills outside Viterbo, Italy. They produce a small amount of olive oil each year that we use ourselves, give to family members, and sell to private customers and local markets.
