Olevo is a small family business based in Viterbo, Italy. We cultivate two groves in the mineral rich hills outside the town which produce a small amount of extravirgin olive oil every year that we use ourselves, give to family members, and sell to private customers and at local markets.

We are committed organic famers, and our oil and groves are certified biological and biodynamic. The trees are tended without pesticides or chemicals, the olives are hand picked and sorted, and cold pressed the same day at the local mill and bottled by us, by hand, without preservatives or additives.
