Olevo is a pure biological and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil, grown in the mineral rich groves of a family farm in Viterbo, Italy. The olive groves are cultivated organically, without any pesticides or chemicals, and kept in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers encouraging biodiversity.

We are a small family business, with only two groves that produces a small amount of oil each year. We do everything ourselves and by hand, from tending the groves, picking the olives, transporting and cold-pressing them at the local mill, to bottling and labelling the oil.
