Olevo is certified biological and biodynamic by Agribio Dinamica, one of Italys national certifiers of excellence, because our olive groves and trees are tended organically without using any pesticides or chemicals for any reason.

The olives are cold-pressed at the local mill at the end of each harvest day and bottled without any preservatives or coloring, and not mixed with or added to from any other sources. Why would we? It’s our oil, from our trees, on our table. And now yours.
