Olevo is a small, traditional, family farm with two olive groves in the mineral rich volcanic soil in the hills outside Viterbo, Italy. We make a small amount of pure biological extra virgin olive oil every year, for our own use, for family members, private customers, and local markets.
We’re committed to biodiversity in our groves, and local industry in our business. We hand pick the olives ourselves with the help of friends and local workers, cold press them at the local cooperative mill, and bottle them the same day in locally produced bottles. It’s pure, authentic, Italian olive oil.
