We’ve only just finished harvest at the farm and taking delivery of the very fabulous oil, but we’re back there straight away, already hard at work preparing the long straight flower beds between the rows of olive trees for our officinal plants. We’re on a schedule, because the camomile has to be planted, and it has to be planted now.
We’re making three large beds, and each will have three rows of plants. As soon as the camomile is planted we’re planting cornflower seeds in the greenhouse nurseries, which we’ll move to the grove in early spring as seedlings. It’s an exciting time, and we’re in a hurry!
