Just too pretty, and it’s something we’ve been busy with, so here’s another calendula post. Like a number of things over the years, we don’t entirely know what we’re doing yet so we’ve planted rather more calendula than we intended. We swear it was only half a small bag of seeds…

The flowers are picked and marinated in airtight glass jars marinating in our Olevo extravirgin biological olive oil, to make the first of a range of officinal oils that we are working on this year, part of an exciting new project we have been building. It takes time, we’re slow, and we’re stuck on a few concepts, but we’re getting there.
