The flowers are picked and marinated in airtight glass jars marinating in our Olevo extravirgin biological olive oil, to make the first of a range of officinal oils that we are working on this year, part of an exciting new project we have been building. It takes time, we’re slow, and we’re stuck on a few concepts, but we’re getting there.
