We’re in the middle of a heatwave and every day is a struggle, and because we’re covered in dirt and look sweaty and exhausted, one of our daughters was able to take a few photos for a new ad campaign we’re planning while we’re busy in the vegetable gardens, printing new labels, and bottling oil for a big international order.

This is our oil, from our family groves in Viterbo Italy. It’s 100% biological, cultivated organically without pesticides or fertilizers, picked by hand, and cold-pressed in the local mill without preservatives or chemicals.
