The beginning of May, and it’s suddenly much warmer. After so much rain recently, the grass in the fields and groves are growing wildly, but we’re happy to leave it for now, enriching the soil and encouraging the insects and bees and birds to buzz around pollinating the wild herbs and flowers.
We’re at the farm every day now, potting seedlings in the greenhouse and composting and preparing the ground in the olive grove, but we’re also busy putting together a humble little advertising campaign, making changes to our website hosting, and improving the way we file our admin.
