The back yard at the farm in the afternoon sun, the light glittering rough the branches of the large cork oak and wonderfully named black locust robinia trees. We sit on the patio here outside the Olevo office and can look back across to the hills above Viterbo, and our house and family grove.
We’ve been busy potting seeds for the greenhouses, and spreading a rich layer of vegetable compost on the cut favino grass in the farm grove. It’s rained a lot, so we need to wait before mulching and turning the earth, which gives us time for a lovely unexpected repeat order from the USA.
