The Olevo office at the farm with our long standing work table in the middle of the room surrounded by shipping cartons, tape, and boxes of labels and products. It’s Label Day! This is exactly what it sounds like; a day dedicated to labeling a large number of our tapenade jars and olive oil tins.

We’re getting a medium size order out the door as quick as we can, so that we can get back to the groves and greenhouses. So we made an appointment with ourselves and scheduled Label Day. The weather is good, the music is loud, and the doggies are around here somewhere… Did we pack your order?
