The first rows of the new season’s herbs and vegetables planted in the regenerative garden at the top of the grove at home. It’s early, but the weather is mild, so we’ve started with parsley, onions, salads, and a few other things, planted with our very own natural composts.
We still have the huge job of mulching the major pruning in the grove, and lots of firewood to cut and stack to get us through the last cold weeks of winter, but dedicated time working on the home property has been gratifying and necessary, before we return to work at the farm next week.
