The last of our winter harvest in the regenerative gardens at home as we turn and mulch the soil, add a thick layer of our compost, and cover it for a few months hibernation to promote the soil’s rich natural ecosystem of microbes and bacteria before planting in Spring.

These last weeks have been busy pruning trees, finishing up this year’s tapenades, and installing the large grow tables in the greenhouses at the farm, which we turn to next, along with a new ad campaign in new markets for our oil plus hard work on a new project. Winter is mild, so we’re making the best of it!
