Olevo is a family business, and this January we lost our father. He trusted us and celebrated our progress and the life we were building, he was incredibly proud of his grandchildren, and he encouraged and advised us when we struggled. He was a funny and generous man and he loved us very much. He was an art dealer and businessman who travelled the world and lived overseas for many years, but he would fly around the world to be with us because, wherever he lived, home was where we were. He loved classic Italian films, Cuban art, and Asian food, beat us at cards, and taught us about the world. He told outrageous stories and had no secrets, and has left us his dog Pluto and many memories. We will miss him very much.
