Welcome back and Happy New Year! After a social media break over Christmas and a difficult and emotional month, we’re back at work, back at the farm, and busy with new products, new oil, new labels, new orders, and a whole heap of admin.

As soon as we get a break in the terrible winter weather we will be able to turn to the list of jobs we have at the farm; constructing the nursery in the greenhouses, reseeding the grove for the Spring planting, and learning how to prune cypress trees, which we’ve never done before. We’d hire someone but we’re cheapskates, and we really do want to learn how to do it ourselves.
