Our olive harvesting has been delayed a week after the heavens opened and it rained for three days, so we’re reconvening this coming week and trying again. First at the farm, and then at the family grove, with a different crew. We have to hope that the weather will hold, because the olives are telling us that they’re ready!
In the meantime though, with a change of schedule, we have much to do. There’s a large international order to be fulfilled, and the boxing and labelling to be finished. We’ve taken delivery of a big shipment of packing boxes custom printed with our Olevo logo, and we’ve decided on and paid for the long greenhouse tables that will be delivered as soon as we’ve finished olive picking.
