This is too cool. Here’s our little row of corn at its most majestic, glittering in the afternoon sunshine just before we harvested it. But that’s not all, because this is not your everyday standard yellow corn, oh no. On the right, shining like little colored marbles is an ear of gemglass corn; in the middle, a couple of Purple Kulli plants; and on the right we’re not entirely sure, but we think it’s a single American Cudu; not that we thought we’d bought it or expected it
We’re not entirely sure what to do with them – other than admire them – but we’re probably supposed to turn them into flour and make polenta. This is where our relentless and insatiable curiousity gets us; strange and and amazing and unexpected places and having learned a little bit more about how beautiful the world is. Now if we can figure out a practical and affordable way of getting high speed internet to the farm, we’ll really be in business.
