A great harvest, exciting and gratifying, so we’re working hard to get everything done while the weather holds. We make daily trips to the mill at the end of every harvest day to cold press and bottle the oil immediately, ensuring it’s quality and freshness, then home to prepare everything for the next day.
We’re extremely busy, with a lot of things on and a lot to do, and if you’re in Viterbo tomorrow afternoon we have a free tasting event at Arvalia in Via della Palazzina 20. Come and meet Alby and try our truffle sauce, olive tapenade, and onion preserve! If you’re NOT in Viterbo, then you’re out of luck, but it’s on sale on our website.
