As our activities and product range have expanded, we have integrated the farm and its facilities more closely into our core business. The farm groves are now part of one holding, we make extensive use of the storage facilites and walk in fridges, and we have worked on many a recipe in the kitchen lab

Our black truffle sauce, sweet onion preserve, and olive tapenade are only the first new food products on sale now on our website, , but we’ve got lots of ideas for next season and many of them had their first tasting here, under our mother’s watchful eye. This is her kitchen.
