Transformation has been a key theme for us this year. In the same way that we have transformed a section of land at the top of the grove into a thriving regenerative vegetable garden, we thought deeply about the expansion of our product line. Olives are an extraordinary fruit (yes, technically, they’re fruit), and we have used our oil this year to create a select range of preserves and soaps.

The soaps are based on ancient Levantine recipes adapted in the middle ages to create what are commonly called Castile soaps, and ours are made with pure extra virgin olive oil. We’ve made three this year; a classic unscented pure olive oil soap, a peppermint, and a rosemary, made only with our oil, pure essential oils, and organic ingredients. So, real rosemary, real peppermint.
