These will be long, hot summer months, but after weeks of pruning, mulching and making new compost, the groves are set. We’re now busy planting the big new regenerative garden at the top of the property, which will grow the raw produce for our new line of preserves and sauces.

At the same time we’re preparing for the imminent release of our new products, which has also given us the opportunity to rethink and rebuild parts of the website with editusitalia. We’re also busy working with our printers and packagers, and also discussing orders with a couple of distributors. So, we’re not in the garden ALL the time.
