Early summer, great sunsets, and the grove in the hills outside Viterbo in Italy. These are hard working days preparing for the imminent release of our new products, and finalising a number of new projects with a couple of international clients. Exciting time, but it does involve a lot of running around, correspondence, and meetings with suppliers and printers and shippers.

Olevo is a small family run business, and the oil we make is the oil on our table. Expanding our products to include preserves and sauces is our commitment to the land we live and work on and the values we cherish. All our products are organic and 100% biological, without preservatives, pesticides, or additives, and made personally by us as a small local business.
