We’re a family business. We own and tend to our three small groves on the outskirts of Viterbo in Italy ourselves, we seed the groves with herbs and flowers and keep the grass long, we use no pesticides, chemicals, coloring, or additives, and produce an exclusive amount of the highest quality biological extra virgin olive oil, tapenades, and sauces.
So of course we use it ourselves. That’s the point. It’s the oil on our table and in our kitchen, and sneaked into the front yard by our daughters on warm spring days with bread, tomatoes, salt, and our new truffel sauce, which is available soon.
