Olevo is 100% biological extra virgin olive oil from our family groves in Viterbo, Italy. We use no chemicals or pesticides in our groves, and keep the grass long and seeded with herbs, flowers and wild plants to promote biodiversity and enrich the soil with natrium.

The natrium mulched into the soil is an important natural element for healthy and robust olive trees, and the insects and bees that are busy cross-pollinating the flowers creates a rich and virtuous cycle of biodiversity that keeps the whole ecosystem balanced and healthy. It’s also where we do our best thinking and working.
