A crate of our very ripe black olives, picked in the crisp air of late January, still to be sorted by hand then marinated in a barrel for a year and a half for the 2025 batch of our new line of olive tapenade. The tapenade is just one of our exciting new products being released this year, but it’s taken a lot of advance planning to get to this exciting point.
We’re expanding our product lines because we believe in the importance and value of small local business and responsible and sustainable biological farming, because we have the means and interest and curiosity to do so, and because it underline our commitment to the local community and the land that we own and work on.
