Olevo is a small family business with a farm and greenhouses gardens and olive groves that provide for our family and are the basis of our little company. We produce a small quantity of the highest quality 100% biological olive oil each year, and are expanding our line this year to include a small range of tapenade, sauce, and pesto, all made with the very best of our oil.

We produce and bottle and label these products ourselves, to our very own recipes, and sell to a select number of exclusive restaurants in Rome, to family and friends, a few exporters, and on our website, . We are committed to local business, traditional and sustainable farming, and organic products, so we use no herbicides or pesticides in our groves, nor any additives or preservatives in our oil or our products.
