The very ripe black olives that we’ve picked by hand that now go into a barrel to marinate for a year and a half, and which will be season 2024’s olive tapenade. This year’s crop is almost ready to go, so you won’t have to wait that long!
Expanding our product lines this year and working with others is part of our committment to the honor of living on and working the land in our local community. This includes the cooperative of producers working at the farm in the greenhouses, and transitioning our little family business from just olive oil to olive oil based products including the very fabulous tapenade, truffle sauce, pesto, onion preserves, and soaps.
