Harvest 2023 sample , a precious monocultivar Canino olive oil, certified 100% biological and biodynamic, produced from groves tended without pesticides or chemicals of any kind, and kept in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers before being hand picked and cold pressed at the local cooperative mill without soaps, additives, or preservatives, and bottled and labelled by us by hand.

This year’s oil is smooth and rich, high in polyphenols and vitamin E, with a few green, grassy notes and a slight pungency at the front of the palate. It’s perfect as a full flavoured cooking oil or cold table oil, is sold only on our website, , to family and friends, a few select exporters, and a number of exclusive restaurants in Rome.
