Harvest season in our groves, late autumn, from our first grove in the mineral rich volcanic soil in the hills of Viterbo Italy. We tend the groves organically without pesticides or chemicals, pick by hand and with manual rakes, and cold press our oil without preservatives or additives at the end of every harvest day at the local cooperative mill.
This is is the oil that we have on our table and in our kitchen, that’s how and why we started, to produce olive oil for ourselves. But we produce enough high quality biological extra virgin olive oil to sell an exclusive amount each year to family and friends, private customers, a few select restaurants in Rome, and on our website.
