The greenhouses at the farm, where we begin harvesting this year’s olives tomorrow. The oil from the farm grove is particularly rich and smooth, and serves as the base for our new range of olive products including basil pesto sauce, olive paste, black truffle sauce, and our rare castile olive oil soaps, all made with our locally grown farm produce.
