Olevo is a precious and prized single-varietal biological olive oil, made exclusively from the Canino olive type named for the small town just north of Viterbo where we are, where olives have been grown for thousands of years in the rich volcanic soil of the region.

It is the purest type of oil, a single type of tree not mixed with any other oils or sources, and renowned as a smooth and rich oil with a well-balanced taste of bitter and spicy notes, very low in acidity, and with high levels of polyphenols and vitamin E. It’s a first pressing cold-pressed extra virgin olive of the highest quality from our small family groves.
