Olevo is a small family olive oil farm with three groves in Viterbo Italy. We are committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products, and use no herbicides or pesticides in our groves, nor any additives or preservatives in our oil pressing.

We produce a small quantity of the highest quality 100% biological olive oil each year, bottle and label the oil ourselves, and sell to a select number of exclusive restaurants in Rome, to family and friends, and only on our website. It’s the oil in our kitchen and on our table. And yours.
