Where the harvest begins each year. We own three groves around Viterbo, but we begin right here, in our front yard, our first grove and our house in the hills above the town among the oak and lemon and rose trees and herb and vegetable gardens and cats and children.

This is our oil, on our table and in our kitchen, and sold only on our website, to a few exclusive restaurants in Rome, and to friends and family. We pick and sort the olives ourselves, cold press them at the local cooperative mill, and bottle and label each bottle by hand ourselves. We are committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products, and use no herbicides or pesticides in our groves, nor any additives or preservatives in our oil pressing.
