We pick by hand and manual rakes each harvest season with the help of family and friends and a few local workers, and cold press without soaps at the local mill using no preservatives or additives or mixing from any other sources.
It’s the oil on our table at home, produced in small exclusive quantities each year, and sold to friends, family, a few select restaurants in Rome, and on our website. Real Italian olive oil, from those beautiful trees right there.
