The front patio, the front yard olive trees among the oak and lemon and rose and herbs. Our little family olive oil business begins at home, with the first of our three groves in the hills outside Viterbo, Italy.
Our oil is certified 100% biological, our groves are tended organically with no pesticides or chemicals, the olives are picked each season with manual rakes and sorted by us by hand, and water washed and cold pressed at the local mill without preservatives or additives, nor mixed with or added to from any other sources.
It’s our oil, on our table and in our kitchen, and sold only on our website , to a few exclusive restaurants in Rome, and to friends and family.
