Olevo is a unique biological organic olive oil from a traditional Italian family farm, made from a single variety of olive – the Canino – named for the small town of Canino north of our groves in Viterbo, Italy where olives have been grown and cultivated in the rich volcanic soil of the region for thousands of years.

Our oil is smooth and rich, picked late in the season, cold pressed at the local mill without additives, and is well balanced with a few green, grassy notes and a slight pungency at the front of the palate. We use no pesticides or chemicals in our groves, which are certified biological and biodynamic, and seed our groves with herbs and flowers to encourage biodiversity and the health of the trees.
