Olevo is a small family business based in Viterbo, Italy. We have two small single variant Canino olive groves that we farm organically and keep in long grass seeded with herbs and flowers free from pesticides and chemicals, and pick and sort the olives ourselves by hand.

The oil is produced at the local mill, washed in plain hot water without detergents or additives, mashed in hermatically sealed, decanted pure from the first pure cold press, and not mixed with or added to from any other source. It’s the oil on our table at home. Our oil is certified biological and biodynamic, and proudly sold to a few select customers and in small quantities on our website.
