Olevo is a small family farm in Viterbo, Italy. We have two groves on the outskirts of town, and produce a small amount of organic biological and biodynamic extra virgin olive oil, which we use ourselves, gift to family, sell to friends and a few select restaurants, and on our website, .

We look after the groves ourselves, pick the olives ourselves with the help of a few local workers, and produce the oil at the local mill. We bottle and label the oil ourselves, too. We are committed to local business, traditional farming techniques, and organic products.
