Olevo produces a small amount of pure biological and biodynamic extravirgin olive oil every year from our two groves on the outskirts of Viterbo, Italy. Our oil comes exclusively from green Canino olives, and is not mixed with any other source.

Canino is an ancient heirloom Mediterranean olive variety, named after the town of Canino north of Viterbo where these olives have been grown and harvested for thousands of years. It is renowned as a high quality oil, with a well-balanced taste of bitter and spicy notes, very low in acidity, and with high levels of polyphenols and vitamin E.
